Lace up your sneakers and join Partners in Primary Care for a virtual exercise class to increase muscle strength and range of movement. Our exercise classes for older adults are taught by SilverSneakers instructors who will help make sure you’re supported every step of the way. All you will need is a chair for seated exercises and standing support (class can be modified depending on fitness levels). You do not have to be a patient or member to participate. No cost to participate and new friends are welcome.
