Bonnie Stiles has been working in healthcare for the past five years, and in 2020, she earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Park University. Before her role at Partners, she was a Patient Access Representative at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Wichita,KS, acting as a point of contact for patients and medical providers.
Bonnie was driven to pursue the healthcare field to be able to serve her community and improve access to care, and her experience at the hospital helped her gain a passion for making that possible, particularly for vulnerable populations.
She believes that the collaborative care team approach at Partners lets her and her team deliver exceptional healthcare to seniors. She says, “I love building relationships with our patients and making them feel like they are among friends and family when they are in our center.”
Her philosophy of care is, “It takes a village - and our collaborative care team approach allows us to deliver exceptional healthcare to our seniors.” She believes that “Patient satisfaction comes from being heard and appreciated so I try to ensure that we are actively listening to our patients and showing gratitude for the opportunity to help them meet their health goals.”
In her free time, Bonnie likes to spend quality time with her husband and daughter, play board games, read, listen to music, explore the city, and cheer for the Kansas State Wildcats. Bonnie is also a plant collector and dog lover, and her retirement plan is to open a chihuahua rescue farm.
